Since there are no threads on this version, there is nothing to strip or unscrew over time. Many people prefer it if they change jewelry often. All three top sizes are available in this closure.

Internally threaded

• First, insert the post from inside your nostril.
• Next, line the disc top up with the threaded opening.
• Finally, turn the top clockwise until it feels snug — hand-tight is enough.

Threaded tops take a little longer to fit, but they tend to stay secure once in place. This closure comes with the 4mm top.
