What do gauge, post length and inner diameter measure?
Gauge is how thick the bar is. Post length is the bar behind the decorative front, on studs and barbells. Inner diameter is the
measurement across the inside of a ring or hoop. Each product page lists whichever applies.
Why is 20G thinner than 16G?
Gauge works in reverse: the higher the gauge number, the thinner the jewelry.
For common nose jewelry sizes:
20G — 0.8 mm
18G — 1.0 mm
16G — 1.2 mm
So, 20G is thinner than 18G, while 16G is thicker than both.
If you’re replacing an existing piece, checking the gauge of your current jewelry can help you choose the right size.
How do I find the size I'm currently wearing?
Check the packaging or receipt first — most jewellery has the gauge and length printed on the card. If you no longer have it, a digital caliper will measure it in seconds. Your piercer can also tell you what was originally fitted.
Do I measure the inside or the outside of a ring?
The inside.
For nose rings, the listed diameter refers to the inner diameter — measured from one inner edge of the ring to the other.
Measuring across the outside will give you a larger number because it includes the thickness of the ring itself on both sides.
What if I'm between two sizes?
If you’re replacing a piece, the easiest starting point is to match the gauge and measurements of jewelry you already wear comfortably.
If you don’t have a reference piece, don’t guess based on appearance alone. A professional piercer can measure your piercing and help determine the gauge, length, or diameter that fits you best.

What materials do you use?
G23 titanium, 316L stainless steel, and glass on the retainer styles.

What's the difference between titanium and stainless steel?
Titanium is lighter than stainless steel, which can make it a comfortable choice for everyday wear. Stainless steel has a denser, heavier feel.
Both materials are available in common jewelry sizes and are measured using the same gauge, length, and diameter standards.
The best choice depends on the specific product, your preferences, and what works well for your piercing.
What are the glass pieces for?
Glass retainers are simple, low-profile pieces without a decorative front. They can be useful in situations where you’d prefer your jewelry to be less noticeable.
Some people keep one on hand for work, school, sports, or other situations where they want to keep their piercing open without wearing a more visible piece.
Do you offer gold and rose gold?
Yes — selected designs are available in Gold and Rose Gold finishes. Availability varies by product, so the available finishes are listed on each product page.

How do I track my order?
Your confirmation email has a tracking link. If it’s been more than 2 business days and you haven’t received it, check your spam folder, then email us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as you can and we’ll try to catch it. Once it’s on its way, you can return it under the normal returns policy.
