Stainless Steel CZ Horseshoe Nose Ring
A horseshoe-shaped nose ring in stainless steel, finished with a prong-set cubic zirconia at each end. Both decorative ends are removable, allowing the ring to be inserted and removed without bending the bar. Available in 0.8mm (20G) and 1.0mm (18G), in 6mm, 7mm and 8mm.
Why Choose a Horseshoe
The horseshoe doesn’t close into a full circle. The open gap keeps the horseshoe from forming a full circle, while the curved bar and two CZ ends remain visible from the front — giving you two points of sparkle instead of one.
Both ends unscrew, so the ring can be put in and taken out without bending the bar. That also means the ends can be swapped for other compatible tops later if you want a different look without buying a new bar.
Choosing Your Size
Gauge
0.8mm (20G) — A thinner bar, the more common gauge for nostril piercings
1.0mm (18G) — A slightly thicker bar
Stone Size
3mm — The stone size used across all diameters in this style
Size Note
Match the gauge to your existing piercing. Wearing jewelry thinner than your piercing can allow the channel to shrink over time. Diameter affects how closely the ring sits and how much of the curve shows. Fit can also vary depending on individual anatomy and piercing placement. If you’re unsure which size to choose, consult a professional piercer for guidance.
Stainless Steel
Made from 316L stainless steel, this ring is lightweight and features a smooth polished finish. Available in silver and gold color options. The gold tone is a finish applied over the stainless steel base — the name describes the color only, and neither option is solid silver or gold.
Material compatibility can vary from person to person. If you have a known metal sensitivity, or are choosing jewelry for a fresh or healing piercing, it’s worth checking with a qualified professional piercer about the most suitable material and fit.
How to Put It In
- First, wash and dry your hands before handling the jewelry. Work over a flat surface so the stone ends don’t roll away if they drop.
- Next, unscrew one stone end from the bar and set it aside.
- Then, guide the open end of the bar through the piercing.
- Finally, screw the stone end back onto the threaded post until it is secure, then check that both ends are firmly in place.

Care Instructions
To maintain the finish of your ring, gently wipe the jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth. When needed, rinse with warm water and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
Keep the stone ends somewhere safe whenever they’re off the bar — they’re small and easy to lose. Check that both ends are screwed on snugly from time to time, as threaded ends can work loose with daily movement. Take care around the prongs, as knocks can loosen a setting over time.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, alcohol-based products, and rough materials that may affect the surface finish. It’s also worth removing the jewelry before swimming and avoiding direct contact with skincare or cosmetic products. For healing piercings, follow the aftercare instructions provided by your professional piercer.
